Consumer confidence is not going through its best moment after collapsing on average 29.4 points in 2020 , a complicated and atypical year marked by the coronavirus pandemic and general uncertainty. These are data published by the Center for Sociological Research (CIS) that confirm that the Consumer Confidence Indicator (CCI) has registered its minimum since 2012: an average of 59.9 points in the year just ended. Specifically, the figure is 10 points above the minimum of 2012 and 43 points below the maximums recorded in 2015 and 2017.
